We are running OTRS on an Apache server. We have restarted the server and still getting the same error message
Invalid argument at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Log.pm line 83, <PRODUCT> line 4. What are the options available to me to in order to get OTRS working again? Mr. Davidovich has FTP'd (I guess he means SSH?) into the OTRS server on *Nix.
