Well, as stated in the document on the OTRS.com website, we will release the first beta in August, so that will be a great time to see what we have been up to. Apart from that, of course, before August, we would love to give you info on what we have done so far, why we did it and are - as always - open for your feedback.
Things have been a little bit slower than people are expecting, and this is due to the fact that we just happen to have a new director in the USA who has loads of marketing experience in open source, as you might have seen announced this week. See http://bit.ly/d2sU5m . One of his previous roles was director of marketing at Red Hat. This advantage caused a disadvantage, because that takes time, we could not spend that time creating OTRS3 news articles. I KNOW you all are waiting for that and are eager to see it, and we do really appreciate that. All I'm asking is just a little bit more time, so stay tuned, I'd love to give you updates on the work we've been doing so far....
