Should you want to enable hard power cycling for reboot you could look at
using a WebControl board
http://www.cainetworks.com/products/webcontrol/index.html and a power relay
(<=$50).
If you're only looking at minimal temperature monitoring, this board also
supports limited 1-wire devices (but not owfs) and a Honeywell humidity
monitor so it could replace that function directly. There is an API which
allows for web data capture and control. It also includes an on-board PLC
capability, so you possibly could make the reboot automatic if you lose
connectivity to devices.
One of these is my latest toy, working a project to make sure we always
close the garage door (or have it done for us).
