Hi,

We’ve just created a front end application in angular 4, the front end
developer did everything in Code. When it came to deploying there was a hell of
a configuration mess.
There were node dependencies all over the place, with NPM and Node versions
being different on the server than on the development machine.
It took us 5 days of trying to coax node and npm to play along with Angular 4
on the web server.

I would rather do everything in Visual studio where you can hit debug and run
the entire application and then deploy without hassle than trying to figure out
why something isn’t working after the development is done.

Also, you are best not using Visual Studio but using Visual Studio Code.

It will create all the plumbing and you just click Start with everything in

Okay, I'll give it a bash tomorrow - fingers crossed - GK
