This is where you need a web of trust. You can only trust people who have
interacted faithfully in the past. That way a pure sybil, or army of
sybils, and whatever concocted history they have fashioned is irrelevant.

At the very least, you'd need an interloper who has acted faithfully in the
past who claims to trust a sybil before it even becomes a problem, IMO.
