IANAL - but if you're running the link farm anyway, is there any
additional liability in also running the trackers? It looks like
in Pirate Bay case using trackers instead of DHT might mean just
higher server load, but not any extra liability that they did not
have in the first place. Were the trackers targeted in any legal
attack that would not also target the link farm?
