We would like to offer 3000 Euro for an Open Source P2P Trust Community System.
It should allow participants to easily build communities of peers they trust, and share comments about peers and other entities. Comments should be categorised into trust levels needed to view them. Data and communication will be encrypted and distributed. Rapid implementation is key, later improvements will be paid for additionally. The project is non-commercial, the aim to enable family functions on a global level. Details are open for discussion, input is welcome.
