Like before, move the noarch stuff into /var/lib64 for x86_64 builds. There should not be a guideline problem with this. IIRC, keeping the noarch bits with a package that also has arch specific libraries is permissible. The only downside to this method is we will be duplicating the noarch files if someone has both i686 and x86_64 packages installed.
