I guess I should clarify. What I am really trying to do is upgrade to 5.
Unless someone can think of why I need CW4 around I don't care if I need to
delete it.

Yep, that's what the R5 update says. So, I found all of the updates for CW
Pro 4 at :
<ftp://ftp.metrowerks.com//pub/updates/CWPRO4/>
And, it still doesn't work.
