Thanks, but it's still kind of weird to me.  If Constructor belongs to Palm 
shouldn't I be able to run it without buying something from Metrowerks?

I've been using Handspring's Palm-RC for the last year and I like it quite 
a lot.  I ported it to Linux and it's my main resource compiler.  It does
a nice job with BMP files for bitmaps and such. 

I've never been much of a fan of GUI tools, but it would be nice to have a
graphical tool that avoids the trouble of tedious recompiles just to move 
things over a pixel.
