He was after a power-up splash screen (company logo... probably for a vertical app, I'd hope). A nag screen for any normal app done that way would not only be very evil, it would also violate a lot of etiquette and design rules. If you do nag, do it once when the app starts. That's what I do with the one app (so far) that I have out, but because of the way I did it it displays whenever the startup form is displayed.
