The parts I mentioned are chips you can use to build your own cable.  You
can purchase them at your favorite component store such as digikey, Newark
Electronics or directly from Maxim-ic.
There are several companies that sell powered RS232 cables for Visors and
the Clie.
Try www.pcables.com or pc-mobile.net
