Animal style fries are great solo, but too much of a good thing with an animal style burger. Two Double-Doubles would be a 4x4 with an extra bun; too much bread, and more than I really want to eat at one go. 'Sides, it wouldn't leave room for any fries. <G> Non-burger: Fish House Vera Cruz (San Marcos, Carlsbad, Temecula) have "Oysters rellenos" as an appetizer. Fresh poblano chiles sutffed with fresh oysters, smothered in cheese and baked until the cheese bubbles.
