Oops.  Forgot about the mustard.  As for the nxn size burgers, I know you 
can special order them that way but 8x8 is as big as they like to go for an 
over-the-counter order.  At least that's what the Manager at the Tustin 
store told me.

Almost: animal style has the meat cooked with mustard and served with
grilled onions; it already comes with the l & t. :-)

Also you can get nxn of just abotu any size if you're willing to pay
for it; they've done 100x100 for parties.
