I would much prefer Vegemite to a local delicacy here called Cho Dofu. As as english speakers translate it "Stinky Tofu" It is a deep fried 2x2inch block of Tofu that has the consistency of firm cheese. It smells like rotten, backed up for a month, frequented by many digestive disorder patients, public bathrooms that have been neglected for years.... in old run down gas stations in Devil's Butt Wyoming. It is served on PauTai (Kimchee - spicy hot fermented cabbage) I can eat it without need for assistance when smothered in HOT sauce and reinforced with MORE Kimchee
