Years ago, there was a small restaurant near where I was working that
was run by a Cambodian family. My first experiences with many
interesting southeast Asian foods were had there, including cha su
bao. Sweet steamy dough with pork, egg, and vegetables inside; I could
have eaten a dozen at a time if they had let me. <G>
