Rick has a valid point. Foam-Cor has a ?tendency to warp. If there are enough 
vertical vs. horizontal, right angle formers, this may not be too much of a 
problem but why take the chance?




As I said previously, 3/8" seems pretty thick. I'd suggest checking out some 
ship builds to see what others are using.

building up from cardstock,
