I played with this yesterday a bit. with ActiveState 5.8, I get Par 0.75 (this never changed after a new ppd was supposedly added). I am pretty sure it uses a different PPD Repository depending if you are using ActivePerl 5.6 or 5.8, so that is why some people may see Par 0.63.
