Wow, nice catch there. That's certainly the culprit. In the interim, I discover this site: http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/ I downloaded: PAR.ppd PAR-0.79-PPM58.tar.gz PAR-Dist.ppd PAR-Dist-0.07-PPM58.tar.gz Then moved to the download directory and ran: ppm install PAR-Dist ppm install PAR Tada. They also have the appropriate gzips for perl v5.6 Clay.
