Winamp should suffice most uses yep, I thought Real Player was a part of
history now?
I've used VLC with the Mac and love it! a very nice player though as yet
haven't tried it under Windows, I'm told that its accessible? Certainly
the last Windows version I tried quite some years ago wasn't.

of use,
it is of little use if the sound quality is the best in the world but
if you
can't use it with a screen reader then it is a waste of time. All
