I get all the usual bounce messages....My ISP rep has told me the PCI list gets periodically blacklisted by SpamCop.... Between not answering bounce messages and not getting list mail, eventually I get dropped by the Maclaunch server and must resubscribe.

I get the WARNING messages periodically, perhaps two or three times a month...responding to the bounce messages keeps the messages flowing.
