Viruses.

(Virii is a made up net-ism that isn't grammatical latin. -ii is the plural form for words that end in -ius : radius, radii. It isn't virius, therefore it isn't virii. At least that's how I had it explained to me by someone who should know.)

And I call bulls*it on that teacher no matter what you call 'em...

I have never had a problem I could identify as a virus..


The only problems I've had with viruses were my inbox getting clogged with 'you sent us a virus' notices from poorly configured AV software in the early days of spoofed 'from' addresses. At one point during those initial infections it was estimated that 1/3 to 1/2 of all e-mail was either viruses or bogus virus warnings.


Thankfully most systems have that notifications stuff turned off.
