I did use OS 9 Helper and did notice that both machines seemed to respond a bit quicker than they did under 9.1. Also, if you plan to run the real Microsoft version of MSN Messenger, you will need 9.2.2. That was the main reason why I went to 9.2.2. Previously, I was quite happy running 8.6. -J
