It may be prudent to mention, altho knowing the location is all good, but after it is known, a simple Alias made of the/them and putting that on the DT or in AppleMenu will save time by opening the folder hit Cmd+a to select All and follow w/ Cmd+Delete and they're gone, if you're really into dumping cache/s manually vs. automajically (as Adrian's happily found the RAM Disk trick just worx fine day after day w/o the need of the writing of all that cache junk to your HD's directories and/or their deletions n/either later, dig), that is.
