Sounds like maybe Javascripting problems. In IE Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced tab Scroll down to "Microsoft VM" Check mark "JIT compiler..." (this controls the Javascripting) Click Apply Click OK Restart computer If you can fill-in form at Yahoo and e-mail via Outlook, then you are done.. If not, do the steps above and add: Check mark Java Logging Enabled (to track problems) Click Apply Click OK In Outlook Tools --> Options -- maintenance tab In trouble shooting, check mark Mail Click Apply Click OK Try the Yahoo form then try e-mail from Outlook Look in logs to try to get a handle on what went wrong. WARNING: Make sure you turn off logging and delete these logs after troubleshooting. These files can get quite large, so it is important to remove them when you are finished. Log files are named by server type and have a .log extension (for example pop3.log, smtp.log). If you don't know the exact name of the log file, type *.log in Start --> Find --> Files or Folders. In the results list, select the server log file, and on the File menu, click Delete. -- Gerry Boyd ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
