I don't believe it's only XP that can see these....it's an IE6 thing,
not an XP thing.

In any case, I have both XP and IE6 and the only smart tags I see on my
pages are the ones on the images, which allow users to copy/save/etc.
but do not direct them to any other page...and these only appear on
images over a certain height

Guys, I don't recall...but isn't XP the only OS that can see
these, and where is that program that enables you to check
pages for smart tags?  I once had it, but cannot find it
anymore.
