This problem is caused by an incorrect or damaged installation. You must uninstall AVG and the reinstall it. If the problem persists contact technical support, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Note: This error can occur when you insert a CD in you CD-Rom and choose to test it with AVG before it has been logged by Windows.
