Peter, Thanks for the info and advice - that was my full intention of using FAT32 for each partition. Of the two programs you mentioned, which have you found to be the best - I will have 1 Gig of PC2700 DDR ram on the system (think it is 2700 - it is supposed to be the fasted DDR ram available that got installed on this P4PE motherboard from ASUS.)
BUT, am I correct or not of what I thought I saw on Microsoft's tech site - that by doing the install in the order I gave, and each OS in a different partition, that I can have a triple boot option??? That is what I am REALLY wondering the most.
