But you can search on Google with your specific error: MAPI32.dll is corrupt or the wrong version. The search was completed by using MAPI32.dll, corrupt, and wrong.
The MS Knowledge Base is easily accessed by Google (and other engines).
You can fix the Shockwave issue by going to the Macromedia site and downloading the latest Flash and Shockwave plugins
