FF and Netscape are both Mozilla. As I understand it, they are
what's doing the single .htm file creation, not M$ or IE.

When you Export Favorites from Internet Explorer (individual
*.url files in a directory structure) you get a single *.htm
file where the first line is:

<!DOCTYPE NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1>

Microsoft is using a standard they didn't create. How can this
be? ;-)
