Hi Clint, I'm using Windows XP. Yes, I looked up Error Number 2147024769 in dogpile, and it told me problems for all kinds of software, but not the one I'm using, so I don't know if it pertains to my problem. I contacted the software company but haven't heard back yet. How do I tell if I need to update my Visual Basic Scripting or MDAC? I'm not even sure what that is. I also had a problem with another software- Atkins Carb Counter software which is also a database software. It would work a couple of times, then out of no where when you click on the icon you get an hourglass for about 3 seconds, then nothing! I got my money back and downloaded the free trial of this one- Weight by Date. It worked fine for 3 days. I entered all kinds of stuff, and now it's basically doing the same thing that the Atkins software did.
