Hi Marlene,
I've been to that site, but wasn't sure if that's what I need, since
my computer is newer than that file (I think?) . I just got the computer
last year - I have a Gateway 505GR with Windows XP with SP2, 3Ghz, .99
GB RAM.
I tried the program this morning and it worked. I ran Regvac - it
found and fixed some errors. I tried the program again a few minutes
ago, and got the same error message. I did contact the software company
but haven't heard back yet. Do you think I should try this update?
Thanks.
Lisa

Lisa,
Apparently, your program uses an access database. Try this link to
update the database.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;839428 I would
also consider calling/emailing the programs supprt department. Good
Luck, Marlene
