I have a P4 on an Intel HV845 board and currently the average wait time
until the Windows loading screen comes up is 3 minutes, sometimes not at
all. The hard drive is fine and boots fine in another system with a fresh
install of XP each time, as well all other components are fine as well.
Has anyone had experience with this board before and what do you know of
the boot time?

I have also had long wait boot up times.. I'm assuming it's crap that
start-up that I don't see (programs that run in the background, spyware,
etc)... If I reinstall windows the boot-up time becomes astonishing fast
which I figure is the normal boot time....
