Yes Babs I have seen this as well, but with this P4 in particular I am
seeing boot times stretch out to 4 minutes. Sometimes the POST screen
comes up 2-3 times, sometimes just the 1 time. It makes no sense.
I've changed all the ribbons and connectors, swapped out all components.
Did this all in 2 separate houses and it still baffles me, so I'll wait
and see what fails altogether.

I have also had long wait boot up times.. I'm assuming it's crap that
start-up that I don't see (programs that run in the background, spyware,
etc)... If I reinstall windows the boot-up time becomes astonishing
fast which I figure is the normal boot time....
