I ran into this problem on numerous occasions and I can't figure out how to fix it.
Once I upload the PDF file to the web and someone else goes to open it, the files doesn't open. It just comes up with blank page. The browser says DONE on the bottom.
I am able to open it though. Anyone has an idea what causes this behavior?
