What version of Adobe Acrobat was used to create the file. We have found this to be a frequent problem with version 5, especially using older PCs with slower processors and less memory than newer PCs. Once I upload the PDF file to the web and someone else goes to open it, the files doesn't open. It just comes up with blank page. The browser says DONE on the bottom. I am able to open it though. Anyone has an idea what causes this behavior?
