[PDF] PDF Creation

We have an app that has all of the data in XML format. We want to create reports and then allow the user to “print” the reports to PDF.   We have been advised to use XML and XSLT and XSL:FO to create PDF   We need a product that has a developer license and no redistribution costs.   We use C# and .Net for development.   I would appreciate some advice.   Thank you Mark
