If the accuracy you're after is simply the accuracy of scanned text, then you should find that FineReader does an excellent job. Certainly as good as anything else you'll find out there, remembering that nothing is perfect. If you need to preserve the layout of more complex documents, such as illustrated magazine articles, then you may need to use Adobe's own Capture software.
