Hi,

For me, on all perl versions, PDL/Drawing/Prima/Utils.pm does not appear
anywhere in blib and therefore build test reports:

#   Failed test 'use PDL::Drawing::Prima;'
t\00-load-main.t ... 1/1 #   at t\00-load-main.t line 6.
#     Tried to use 'PDL::Drawing::Prima'.
# Error: Can't locate PDL/Drawing/Prima/Utils.pm in @INC (you may need
to install the PDL::Drawing::Prima::Utils module) (@INC contains:
C:\sisyphusion\PDL-Drawing-Prima-0.11\blib\lib
C:\sisyphusion\PDL-Drawing-Prima-0.11\blib\arch
C:/_64/perl524_530_ld/site/lib C:/_64/perl524_530_ld/lib .) at
C:\sisyphusion\PDL-Drawing-Prima-0.11\blib\lib/PDL/Drawing/Prima.pm line 34.
# BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
C:\sisyphusion\PDL-Drawing-Prima-0.11\blib\lib/PDL/Drawing/Prima.pm line 34.
# Compilation failed in require at t\00-load-main.t line 6.

Bailout called. Further testing stopped: Unable to load
PDL::Drawing::Prima!
FAILED--Further testing stopped: Unable to load PDL::Drawing::Prima!

(Seems to me that lib/PDL/Drawing/Prima/Utils.pm.PL is not being processed
at *any* stage.)

Of course, 'build install' also fails to install Utils.pm - though if one
has installed P-D-P-0.10 this doesn't matter, as version 0.10 of Utils.pm is
found anyway.
Similarly, if version 0.10 of Utils.pm is available, then that allows the
0.11 test suite to pass.

Oddly, when I look at my StrawberryPerl 5.24.0 (which ships with P-D-P-0.11)
I find that version 0.11 of Utils.pm has been installed.
I don't know how that was achieved - certainly if I use that version of
StrawberryPerl to build D-P-D-0.11 then Utlils.pm is still missing.

I guess kmx knows the hack needed to achieve the fix .... but I don't :-(

Cheers,
Rob
