Mike, I own one of these "Pancake" lenses.
The first one I bought at Black's, brand new, for $30. I didn't care much
about it , so I traded it at B&H for some 645 gear. I believe they gave me
$200 US, attached to an XR-1S with drive.
The one I presently own, by accident, was attached to a Program Plus. I
purchased it at a pawn shop in Toronto, for $90 CDN complete. Both items in
very good shape.
The Program Plus is smaller than the LX, & still looks odd with the lens
attached. I have since sprung for an A50/1.7, which looks better and
performs much better.
The "Pancake" lens was designed for the M series cameras, so for
porttability, the MX & M40/2.8 is the ideal combo.
