So, I like primes, and have been doing most of my shooting with them.
Yesterday, I saw an A 35-70 f3.5-4.5 in a photo fair. I like how
compact it is, not much bigger than a prime, and smaller, for example,
than my M135 3.5 (according to Boz's site, it is the smallest Pentax
zoom!). The 49mm filter size is a big plus.

I thought that maybe this would be a fun lens to take out some times,
for a change from a fixed focal length, but without the usual bulk of
a zoom.

Is is any good? I do have the FA 28-70 f/4, so if any of you can
compare it to this lens, it would be most helpful.
