So does PENTAX, just not in SLRs. But then, when Canon or Nikon or Minolta 
begin to produce medium format, the utterly awesome battery of PENTAX 
P&Shoots, Binoculars and the *real* equivalent of SMC lenses, I'll be worried.
Oh, I see, we're going to confine our comments to SLRs? OK. I'll see you one 
LX and raise you five "M" bodies and a MZ-S, which no one (OK one PDML 
member) has even touched. 

And if you don't like the specs on the Elan ll or PZ-1p, you won't like the 
MZ-S.
