No. The "image" only exists (cannot be said to exist) in the 
camera/computer/monitor. Sending the camera/computer info to a printer makes 
it a second generation image. 
Only a developed slide qualifys as a "first generation"* photographic image.
*Negatives are first generation, but unsuable in that form.
