I did speak to him (and the comments about his attitude in my previous posting are from his own email). I did threaten with legal action, but to no avail. Question is, how do I report him to ebay? I had a look at the website and they mention SquareTrade. Is there another way? He won't be interested in getting involved with SquareTrade. Thanks, Kostas
