Sky watch (a Canadian magazine) had some test done,
and there recommendation:  Centuria 400 & 800 for the
color negative side, and Elitechrome 200 pushed to 800
for the transparencies.

Open wide (f2 or better), and start at 15 seconds and go up
to 90 seconds.
