Are you aware of the legal precedents that make these sort of disclaimers necessary on email originating from a work-provided account?
I rather doubt it, of you wouldn't be quite so off-hand in your comment about lawyers, and how much power they *should* be allowed. Blame the courts, not the lawyers.
