HA! so I'm not the only one. We've mostly used Epsons in our family. Only one person so far has had to switch to something else. And that was because she had moved, lock stock & my old Stylus Photo, to Jamaica where apparently the only service OR inks available are for HP. So she switched to HP. Other than that, printers get handed down from one family member to another when new models are purchased, but rarely actually retired from service. I notice, like everything else, mileage seems to vary. ERNR
