Are you using the larger version of Illuminata?

I have both sizes, but this was shot using the 36 inch version. The
light is about five feet from the model.

Very nice. Pretty girl, nicely posed, excellent conversion. If I
were to look for something I might want to add, it would be a
bit of fill to lighten the shadows.
I've been doing a lot of work lately with just a single light.
In this case a single AlienBees flash head with a Photek
Illuminata II softbox (http://www.photekusa.com/), a unique
softbox that I have fallen in love with. When I teach my
workshops, one of the things I try to emphasize is that you don't
have to have a lot of lights. We start with one, then add fill,
and then sometimes a hair light, background light, etc. Lots of
beginners in studio photography just buy a whole bunch of lights
and point them all at their subject without thinking about what
they're doing. I try to get across that each light must have a
reason to be there.
