This is a totally different car, yes, but some design ideas seem to be
pretty similar.

I well remember those old Saabs. You had to mix oil with your
gasoline because the little three-cylinder engine was a two-stroke
cycle type. Some later ones had an oil reservoir and automatically
mixed in the oil.

I remember them too. Though I think the Saab Sonnet of that era was one of
the nicest looking cars produced that an average person could afford. I also
liked the styling of the later Corvair Monza Coupes (66).
