New MZ50 user

Just got hold of an MZ50 and am thinking of the following:

1. I need a flash, something in the GN40 region

2. I need a nice zoom below 35 mm

3. I need a reasonable zoom in the 100-300 region


Not wanting to spend much money right now, any suggestions?
